Sugar Philly Believes: Heaven rains down sweetness and we want to make that as accessible to you as possible. So on the mean streets of Philly we look to bring you a little taste of heaven that will be sure to make you smile. And hey, if our treats honestly make you stick your tongue out and say, “blech!!!” (note it must be three exclamation marks), bring back the dessert and we’ll give you another treat or your money back. We don’t want any unhappy tummies out there! So come, taste, and smile =)
